Gugulethu Sophie Mbatha - also called Gugu - is a British stage actress and film actor. She gained fame after starring in the BBC's 'Doctor Who', a British science fiction television series. Gugu gained fame for her role as Tish Jones on the BBC series. She played the role of the twin sister of a character known as Martha Jones. Gugu had a destiny to make an acting career once the audience fell in love with her cheerful spontaneity. Gugu has appeared on a variety of British stage and TV productions. After more than ten years fighting breast cancer, Handler passed away in the year 1989. Handler grew up in a Reform Judaism family. Her father was Jewish. Handler resided in a beautiful area with a great family. When she was only 19, she made the decision to relocate in Los Angeles and pursue acting. Handler employed as an actor in order to support her family. Handler made the decision to pursue stand-up acting after she turned 21 after she realized her story telling abilities. Handler began her professional career being a part of the female-only Oxygen cast, which featured in a tv show called Girls Behaving Badly. This series was known for its hidden camera and humorous jokes. This show aired from 2002 to 2005. Handler then started appearing in several other shows like Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started working on The Tonight Show as a correspondent. Handler received her first big break as she hosted her E! Show in 2006. The Chelsea Handler Show. The show ran for 2 seasons. Handler later performed in the US as part of the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have shown Handler's stand-up performance. In 2010 the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were made public. As a result, she was the second female host in history in the same category as Roseanne.
